Delete your Tagzee account
You can initiate account deletion from inside Tagzee or from this web page if you no longer have access to the app.
Fastest: delete from the app
Open Tagzee → Account / Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. This is the fastest way because you are already authenticated.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Tagzee account. Put Delete my Tagzee account in the subject line. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing deletion.

Account deletion is intended to remove your Tagzee account and associated cloud user data, including cloud-backed Mems, tags, reminders, relationships, shared-tag records and backed-up photos associated with your account.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution or other legal obligations. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until overwritten through normal backup rotation.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Tagzee account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future renewal charges.
Before deleting
If you are on Plus or Premium and want a copy of your library, use Tagzee’s spreadsheet export before deleting your account. Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may not be reversible after processing.
