Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Zero Fault Guidance LLC, doing business as Tagzee (“Tagzee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, processes, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with Tagzee.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Tagzee mobile application, the Tagzee website at tagzee.com, and related services, support, communications, synchronization, backup, reporting, sharing, and account features (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Information we collect and process
Account and identity information
We collect information needed to create, authenticate, maintain, secure, recover, and delete your account. This may include your email address, account identifiers, authentication records, verification events, account status, device associations, and related account metadata.
Your Mem library and content
When you use Tagzee, we process information you choose to create, upload, store, synchronize, organize, or share. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include Mem titles, descriptions, dates, tags, custom fields, templates, links between Mems, reminders, photos, archive or trash status, sharing selections, and associated metadata.
We treat the content of your Mem library as private user content. We do not sell identifiable Mem content to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use identifiable Mem content to build third-party targeted advertising profiles. We may, however, process content and associated metadata as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, analyze, support, and develop the Service and as otherwise described in this Policy.
Sharing and collaboration information
If you use sharing features, we may process invited email addresses, sharing permissions, shared-tag membership, invitation and acceptance status, recipient account identifiers, and activity needed to operate and secure the sharing feature. Recipients may see information you intentionally include within the scope of a shared tag or other sharing feature.
Subscription and transaction information
Apple, Google, and other applicable payment platforms process payments. We may receive and process product identifiers, subscription tier, purchase, renewal, cancellation, expiration, refund, restore, transaction, entitlement, storefront, and related status information. We generally do not receive your full payment-card number from the app stores.
Usage, analytics, and engagement information
We may collect information about how the Service is used and performs, such as app launches, session and feature activity, screens or features used, counts and frequencies of actions, plan usage, synchronization events, search or filtering activity, reminder interactions, sharing activity, import/export activity, performance metrics, and similar engagement information.
Where appropriate, analytics may be associated with an account, device, installation, or pseudonymous identifier so that we can operate, measure, secure, and improve the Service. We may also use aggregated or de-identified forms of this information as described below.
Tag and organizational metadata
Tags are a core organizational feature of Tagzee. We may process tag names, tag usage, tag associations, tag frequency, and related metadata to provide search, filtering, synchronization, organization, analytics, product improvement, and other purposes described in this Policy. For example, we may generate statistics about how frequently certain tags or categories of tags are used across the Service.
Device, technical, and diagnostic information
We may automatically collect technical and operational information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, approximate region derived from network information, device or installation identifiers, network status, request metadata, error logs, crash information, performance data, synchronization status, storage usage, security events, and diagnostic records.
Support and communications
If you contact us, respond to a survey, participate in testing, or otherwise communicate with us, we may process the content of your communication and related contact, account, troubleshooting, and diagnostic information.
Device permissions
Tagzee may request access to device capabilities when needed for a feature, such as camera or photo-library access when you attach a photo and notification permission when you enable reminders. Permission availability and behavior depend on your device and operating system.

Examples may include aggregate feature usage, retention or engagement trends, storage patterns, counts or frequencies of tags, common organizational patterns, or other trends that are not intended to identify a particular individual.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and platform requirements, we may use, disclose, license, publish, commercialize, or otherwise exploit aggregated or de-identified information for lawful purposes, including analytics, research, benchmarking, product development, market intelligence, business planning, and commercial insights. We will not attempt to re-identify information that we maintain as de-identified except where permitted by law for security, validation, or compliance purposes.
Nothing in this section authorizes us to disclose identifiable private Mem content contrary to this Policy or applicable law.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, synchronization, storage, authentication, communications, email delivery, subscription management, customer support, security, analytics, diagnostics, and development providers. - In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other business transaction, subject to applicable law.
- In aggregated or de-identified form as described in this Policy.
6. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
Tagzee may use first-party or third-party analytics and diagnostic technologies to understand engagement, measure performance, improve features, and operate the business. If we add or materially change analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-sharing practices, we will update applicable disclosures and obtain consent or provide choices where required by law or platform rules.
We do not currently use identifiable Mem content to target third-party advertising. If we introduce advertising or cross-app/site tracking in the future, we will update this Policy and applicable App Store or Google Play disclosures and implement required consent or opt-out mechanisms.
7. Local and cloud storage; security
Tagzee may store information on your device and synchronize supported information with cloud services. Cloud storage and backup capabilities may vary by plan, feature, platform, account state, and technical availability.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures that we consider reasonable and appropriate for the nature of the Service. However, no security measure, transmission method, storage system, backup process, or service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining accounts and subscriptions, complying with law, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining security, and supporting legitimate business operations.
You can initiate account deletion within Tagzee and through our account deletion page. We will delete or de-identify account-associated personal information as required by applicable law and platform rules, subject to information we may retain where legally permitted or required, such as transaction records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, dispute records, legal holds, and information maintained in backups for a limited period.
Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may be retained and used after account deletion to the extent permitted by law.
Deleting your Tagzee account does not itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Subscription cancellation is managed through the applicable store account.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or certain uses or disclosures of personal information. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions.

- You can remove Mems, photos, tags, reminders, and shared access using available controls.
- You can change device permissions through operating-system settings.
- You can delete your Tagzee account through the app or external deletion process.
- Where required, we will provide mechanisms to withdraw consent or exercise applicable privacy choices.
- Plus and Premium may provide export capabilities that can be used before deletion.
Privacy requests may be sent to support@tagzee.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
10. Children
Tagzee is intended for users age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a manner that requires parental consent under applicable law and such consent was not obtained, we will take appropriate steps.
11. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms intended to support lawful cross-border processing.
12. Third-party services and links
The Service may interact with third-party platforms, app stores, authentication providers, infrastructure providers, or websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices where they act independently from us. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices except as required by applicable law.
